In four talks, Rinpoche provides a framework and profound advice on how we can recognize, seize, and maximize the opportunities to bring benefit that arise in every moment of our lives. He teaches extensively on the prerequisites for seeing opportunity, what opportunity means, recognizing our precious human birth as opportunity, recognizing disaster and crisis as opportunity, and recognizing that every moment provides the choice to be kind, open, and positive. With kindness, clarity, and humor, Rinpoche shows us how to seize opportunity in every moment by joining outer experience with inner mind, having the confidence and bravery to practice kindness in every moment, and having the faith and insight to act even before we really know how present opportunity will manifest in the future. Finally, Rinpoche explains how meditation prepares us to engage in the actual practice, which is taking our training and preparation into the world where we encounter the opportunities to see and maximize benefit.
