Description
The complete path of practice of the Kagyu Lineage is contained in a profound and highly condensed form in the six verses of the Kagyu Lineage Prayer. This prayer, which is recited at the beginning of nearly every practice session, serves both as a supplication and as a teaching. In these six talks, Tulku Damcho Rinpoche expands the compact form of the prayer into a clear and detailed description of the major practices of the Kagyu Lineage all the way from common Shamatha up through Mahamudra Vipashyana. With the path of practice skillfully laid out in this way, it becomes possible for us to gain a deeper understanding of our own practice as well as a clear view of its place in the progression of practices. This is a delightful, brilliant and inspiring teaching. Students were provided with several opportunities to pose questions and receive answers. Translation was provided by Jules Levinson. This recording is edited in the "Mainly English" format. Six talks available as an on-line download. 1. Complete your order. 2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. 3.
