Lujong is system of Tibetan yoga presented to dharma practitioners by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche. This DVD is a video recording of a Lujong practice session led by Jan Puckett, a long-time Lujong practitioner. While Jan does the Lujong movements, the doha verses composed by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche for the various movements are read by Jean Peters-Do. The video download includes a PDF of the doha verses used in the movements. This video download is a small file size for use on smart phones, tablets, and other small screen devices.
