Vajra Echoes DVDs are high quality DVD-R disks, the video industry standard for short-run productions. They are "burned" disks, not the "pressed" disks used for mass-market movies. On rare occasions a Vajra Echoes DVD will exhibit minor incompatibilities with specific DVD players, especially the inexpensive, generic models. These disks work fine with most major name-brand players.

 

If any of your Vajra Echoes DVDs don't play properly, check first to make sure your discs have not become dirty. Fingerprints on the bottom side of the DVDs (where the data is ) are the most common culprit when discs don't play properly. If you discover a dirty disc, clean it with a soft damp cloth. Wipe the disc in straight lines from the center to the outer rim. Do not run the cloth in circles around the disc.

 

If a disc is clean and still doesn't play properly, please return it to Vajra Echoes for a replacement or a refund. Providing Vajra Echoes with the make and model number of your DVD player may help facilitate replacement with a disk more likely to work with your specific player. Please note that in order for this guarantee to apply, discs must be returned within one year of purchase.
