Khenpo Jigme and Lama Wangdu are resident lamas at Thrangu Rinpoche’s Vajra Vidya Retreat Center in Crestone, Colorado. Both Khenpo Jigme and Lama Wangdu completed the traditional three year retreat in 1997. Lama Wangdu is a graduate of Namo Buddha Institute for Higher Buddhist Studies in Nepal and served as Retreat Master at Namo Buddha Retreat Center from 2001-2004. Khenpo Jigme completed a five year program of study at Nama Buddha Institute. In these DVDs Khenpo Jigme and Lama Wangdu provide detailed instruction on Chöd Practice. Use of ritual instruments and singing of melodies is fully covered. Four instruction sessions.
